The City has entered into an agreement with PayGOV, LLC. This agreement provides the City with the ability to accept credit card payments from American Express®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and VISA® as well as debit cards carrying a MasterCard® or VISA® logo.

PayGOV charges the following nominal fees to the consumer for their service:

Point of Sale – In person at City Hall; Service Fee to PayGOV – 3.00% of the total transaction amount with a minimum fee of $3.00

Online – Link to PayGOV on City website www.ligonier-in.org (Visit the Online Services Page) Service Fee to PayGOV – 3.00% of the total transaction amount with a minimum fee of $3.00

Over the Phone – Direct to PayGOV at 1-866-480-8552; Service fee to PayGOV – 4.95% of the total transaction amount with a minimum fee of $4.95
