Rate Information for Services

The following is the current schedule for fees charged by this department.

 

Permit Fee $25.00 for fences, decks, drives, remodels, sheds

$0.10 per sq. ft. for new buildings, sheds over 2,505 sq. ft. and new homes
New home or building water tap fee $700.00, Sewer Tap Fee $350.00
